The course is set up to offer both technically difficult holes as well as easier open holes.  This way, players will get to experience two different types of play.  Holes 1 through 5 are heavily wooded with moderate elevation changes that reward accuracy and skill and punish throws that miss the fairway (although a little luck might be involved as well).  Holes 6 through 9 will allow players to throw some longer drives and still be accurate in order to have a shot at birdie.
